This is a nude underwear mod that allows you to select nude bra and nude panty options using CAS (Create a Sim). Please note that without a custom default skin or tattoos installed, your sims will look like barbie dolls with this mod (see the sim on the right in the preview image). This simply allows them to be nude in game or in CAS whenever they'd normally be wearing underwear.
